NCCER International Accreditation
Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College is the first college in Kazakhstan in the technical and vocational education system to successfully pass international industry accreditation according to NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research, USA) standards .

NCCER International Accreditation Stages
The accreditation process involves several key steps, each of which requires verification of compliance with NCCER standards:
Stage I – Analysis of the college’s base
An assessment is made of the material and technical base, educational processes, level of personnel training and the internal quality control system.
Stage II – Obtaining the status of “Applicant”
The college submits a formal application and is screened to meet NCCER’s core criteria.
Stage III – Obtaining the status of “Candidate”
Curriculums and student assessment systems are being adapted to international requirements. Teachers and instructors are trained using NCCER programs.
Stage IV – Obtaining the status of “Accredited Training Sponsor” (Accredited Training Center)
After successfully passing all inspections, the college is awarded the status of an accredited center. This status is valid for one to three years and is confirmed following an audit conducted by NCCER’s head office.

The college implements the following programs according to NCCER standards:
- 96 hours of theory ,
- 144 hours of practice.
