Activities of the Council on Pedagogical Ethics
Council on Pedagogical Ethics
– this is a collegial body that monitors teachers’ compliance with the norms of professional ethics and is aimed at creating a favorable moral and psychological atmosphere in the college.
The main tasks of the Council
- Ensuring compliance with the principles of pedagogical ethics.
Ensuring that faculty adhere to standards of politeness and mutual respect in their relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. - Investigating appeals and complaints.
In the event of violations of pedagogical ethics, the Council reviews the relevant appeals and makes decisions on each case. - Conducting preventive and educational work.
Organizing seminars, discussions, and meetings aimed at strengthening the culture of ethical behavior among faculty. - Maintaining a positive moral climate within the college.
Promoting the peaceful and ethical resolution of conflicts between staff members. - Developing a positive image of the college.
Enhancing the prestige of the educational institution through the professional and ethical conduct of its faculty.

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the status of a teacher” and the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 190, the Council on Pedagogical Ethics was reorganized at Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College.
