The School of the Young Teacher

The Young Teacher’s School is a special support system for teachers starting their professional career. The main goal of the school is to create conditions for the professional growth of young teachers, the formation of their pedagogical skills and the improvement of the quality of the educational process.

 

In the system of technical and vocational education, it is important that new personnel become confident, creative and master modern teaching methods. Therefore, the Young Teacher’s School helps young teachers to overcome the difficulties of their first years of work more easily and adapt faster to a professional environment.

The School of Young Specialists is not just a methodological platform, but a space for the exchange of experience, ideas and professional discoveries.
