On January 27, 2026, Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College, in cooperation with I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University, held a scientific and methodological seminar entitled “Integration of Educational Programs with a Higher Education Institution.”
The main objective of the seminar was to ensure continuity between technical and vocational, post-secondary education programs and higher education institutions, strengthen academic cooperation, and facilitate students’ educational pathways toward higher education.
During the seminar, participants discussed effective models for implementing integrated educational programs, alignment of curricula, recognition of academic credits, and the synchronization of applied bachelor’s programs with university curricula. Special attention was given to the development of dual education, expansion of academic mobility, and training of highly qualified specialists in line with labor market demands.
The seminar brought together university faculty members, college administration, methodologists, educational program developers, and teaching staff. Through presentations and panel discussions, participants exchanged professional experience and shared practical recommendations.
As a result of the seminar, a set of recommendations was developed to further enhance cooperation and integration of educational programs between colleges and higher education institutions.
