The purpose and objectives of the festival:
The goal of the festival is to support and develop creative activity, artistic and aesthetic education and training of students with hearing impairments, introduce them to the values of Kazakhstani culture and art, as well as create and develop an accessible educational space for students with hearing impairments.
The festival’s objectives:
- to generate interest among students in this category in modern forms of organizing creative activities, including orientation in their future profession;
- to support and stimulate further individual self-determination of gifted children in this category;
- to develop creative potential and personal qualities necessary for successful socialization in modern society;
- To develop skills in group interaction, rapid problem analysis, and informed decision-making. Festival nominations:

- Choreography “Ovation”, modern dance or aerobics
- Sign song “Extrability”
- Fashion Theatre “Modern Ethnic Style”
Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College in the 2025-2026 academic year under the guidance of special education teacher Kundyz Myktybekovna Saginbekova and sign language interpreter Anuar Zhanabekovich Kasymkhanov. First- and second-year students:

Aldeken Aykumys Kuatkyzy was awarded for her active participation in the national festival, taking third place in the team competition in the “Voice of a Generation” category. The other participants received special certificates and bronze medals.
