General education teachers from Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College, moderator T.T. Sadykbaeva, expert teacher M.D. Zholdasova. On November 11, 2025, group IS-511b held a “Literary Evening Dedicated to the 140th Anniversary of Mirzhakyp Dulatov.”
In 2025, to commemorate the 140th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding public figure, poet, writer, and educator Mirzhakyp Dulatov, a literary evening was held in our college library.
The goal of the event was to familiarize the younger generation with the life and work of the hero of Alash, Mirzhakyp Dulatov, foster respect for his national heritage, and expand students’ literary and educational horizons. During the evening, students were treated to presentations on the writer’s life and work, as well as readings of his poem “Awaken the Kazakh!” Additionally, skits were staged and historical images were realistically recreated.
The literary evening left a spiritual impression on students and teachers and contributed to the revival of historical awareness. At the end of the event, students were given a quiz. This evening was a shining example of celebrating the spirit of Alash and respect for national heritage.
