About the college

Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College is a modern center for technical and vocational education, training in-demand specialists who meet the demands of the labor market.

The college’s graduate employment rate is 95% .
The college collaborates with over 100 partner companies , where students combine theoretical training with on-the-job training within the dual system.

The main 5 strategic partners of dual training are the companies Kazakhtelecom , TATEK , GO Print , Senim Zhoba and Kazpost .

Objectives of the practice:

  • Application of theoretical knowledge in practice;
  • Development of professional skills and work responsibility;
  • Development of partnerships between the college and enterprises within the dual system.

Types of practice:

  1. Educational practice is a stage of formation of basic professional skills.
  2. Industrial practice is the performance of professional tasks at enterprises.
  3. Final (qualification) practice – consolidation of practical experience and preparation for final certification.

Dual training is conducted on the basis of a tripartite agreement (college + enterprise + student) . At the enterprise, the student is assigned a production mentor, while at the college, they are assigned a methodologist and a teaching supervisor.

Organization of internship:

  • The practice is conducted in accordance with the curriculum and the approved schedule;
  • Students are required to comply with internal regulations and safety precautions;
  • Within the dual system, students can undertake internships at a company several days a week.

The importance of practice:

Internships help students gain professional experience, develop responsibility, and develop self-confidence. For companies, this is an opportunity to develop future talent, and for the college, it improves the quality of specialist training and strengthens the connection between theory and practice.
