About the college
Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College is a modern center for technical and vocational education, training in-demand specialists who meet the demands of the labor market.
The college’s graduate employment rate is 95% .
The college collaborates with over 100 partner companies , where students combine theoretical training with on-the-job training within the dual system.
The main 5 strategic partners of dual training are the companies Kazakhtelecom , TATEK , GO Print , Senim Zhoba and Kazpost .
Objectives of the practice:
- Application of theoretical knowledge in practice;
- Development of professional skills and work responsibility;
- Development of partnerships between the college and enterprises within the dual system.
Types of practice:
- Educational practice is a stage of formation of basic professional skills.
- Industrial practice is the performance of professional tasks at enterprises.
- Final (qualification) practice – consolidation of practical experience and preparation for final certification.
Dual training is conducted on the basis of a tripartite agreement (college + enterprise + student) . At the enterprise, the student is assigned a production mentor, while at the college, they are assigned a methodologist and a teaching supervisor.
Organization of internship:
- The practice is conducted in accordance with the curriculum and the approved schedule;
- Students are required to comply with internal regulations and safety precautions;
- Within the dual system, students can undertake internships at a company several days a week.
