Middle management

Goal

The program’s primary goal is to develop students’ mid-level professional competencies in engineering and technology, preparing them for careers in manufacturing and service as mid-level specialists. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, ensuring mastery of professional standards for mid-level specialists.

Admission requirements

  • Secondary education or a document confirming the qualification level “Working qualification”;
  • A medical certificate and additional requirements according to the professional focus may be required;
  • Depending on the program’s focus, additional courses and certificates may be offered.

Duration of training and structure

  • Duration of study: from 1 year to 2 years, depending on the program’s focus and the applicant’s level of preparation;
  • Theoretical and practical classes are combined. The theoretical part takes place at the college, and the practical part takes place at partner enterprises;
  • The curriculum includes professional disciplines, industrial practice, professional project assignments, safety and professional ethics;
  • Upon completion of the program, the student receives a diploma or certificate confirming professional competencies in the “Middle Level” specialty.

Employment prospects

Graduates are eligible for employment in manufacturing, service, trade, construction, IT, and technical fields. Thanks to the college’s collaboration with partner companies, the graduate employment rate is high—approximately 95%.
