NCCER International Accreditation
In 2023, Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College became the first educational institution in Kazakhstan to be internationally accredited according to the NCCER standard (National Center for Construction Education and Research, USA).
This gave the college the right to train and certify specialists in the construction industry according to international standards.
Last year, 30 students successfully received international certificates, and this year 15 more students are continuing their studies.
The NCCER certificate is recognized in more than 70 countries around the world, which has significantly increased the prestige of our college and expanded the opportunities for graduates to work abroad.

CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PROGRAM (ICTP)
- The Instructor Certification Training Program (ICTP) is designed to train teachers who teach students using NCCER standardized training programs.
- The National Specialization Certification and Assessment Program (NCACP) is also implemented at the college along with various specialized training and certification courses.
- The final module discusses the benefits of integrating NCCER professional training and assessment programs, which ensures a high level of training and international recognition of qualifications.

The structure of the modules of the Project Supervision training program is presented below.
The recommended learning sequence is from the bottom up, as the level of skills and competencies increases. The local sponsor of the training program may make changes to the order in which the modules are studied.
