MISSION AND VISION

The development of an innovative model of technical and vocational education that combines the best traditions of the Kazakh and global education systems is an objective need for modern education. The creation of a network of partner colleges to develop flexible, next-generation educational programs and implement a dual education system based on a competency-based approach, taking into account WorldSkills standards, and focused on specific learning outcomes represents an innovative model. Creating such a model requires changes in educational content, teaching methods, and the integration of science and industry. In this regard, the service’s mission has been defined.
