Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College has once again confirmed its status as an educational institution that nurtures not only highly qualified specialists but also strong athletes. College student Khasen Nurbol became the winner of the Republican Athletics Competition held in the city of Almaty in memory of Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olga Nikolaevna Girzhon.
Competing in the age category of athletes born in 2008\u20132009, Khasen Nurbol demonstrated a high level of physical fitness and tactical competence. His greatest success came in the 600-meter race, where he confidently finished first, winning the gold medal with a time of 1 minute 34.7 seconds.
In the 1000-meter race, despite strong competition, the student of Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College recorded a time of 2 minutes 55.3 seconds, earning third place and adding a bronze medal to the college\u2019s medal tally.
Khasen Nurbol\u2019s achievement is the result of systematic work in the development of student sports, as well as the athlete\u2019s perseverance and determination.
