        • Take part in organizing and conducting collective actions to protect the rights and interests of trade union members;<\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Maintain financial discipline and ensure timely transfer of funds for the needs of the organization;<\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Monitor the timeliness and completeness of the transfer of membership fees by the employer;<\/span><\/span><\/li>
