A. Nazarbayev on January 23, 2019, as part of the Year of Youth.<br \/><strong>One of the operators<\/strong> is NAO Talap (Kasipkor Holding).<br \/><strong>The goal<\/strong> is to modernize 180 colleges and 20 universities in ~100 most sought\u2014after professions, introduce international experience and standards in the training of qualified
