Batalova Gulshara Omarovna Born in 1936 at the Shchuchinsk station, Akmola Region. In 1962, she graduated from the Faculty of Philology at the Kazakh State University. In 1968, she moved to Taldykorgan, where she worked as Deputy Chair of the City Executive Committee. In 1976, she was appointed Director of the Taldykorgan Industrial-Pedagogical Technical School. 1976\u20131980 \u2013 during her tenure as director: The technical school became one of the largest educational institutions for training vocational instructors and specialists in the mechanization and electrification of agriculture. The school had 33 equipped classrooms, 14 laboratories, and training workshops for blacksmithing, gas and electric welding, metal and wood processing, and machinery repair. In 1949, he graduated from an evening secondary school and entered the Shymkent Agricultural Technical School. In 1953, he graduated from the Shymkent Agricultural Technical School with honors. In 1958, he completed his studies at the Kazakh Agricultural Institute and began his teaching career at the Koksu Agricultural Technical School. In 1962, he entered the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev, graduating with honors. From 1973 to 1981, he worked as Deputy Director at City Vocational Schools No. 174 and No. 55, and also served as Head of the Regional Department of Vocational and Technical Education. Dukenbayev Moldakazhim Musauly Born in 1942 in the village of Bostan, Gvardeysky District. In 1961, he entered the Kazakh Agricultural Institute. In 1966, he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute and began his career at the Taldykorgan Industrial-Pedagogical Technical School as a lecturer. From 1966 to 1991, he worked at the same institution as a lecturer, later becoming Deputy Director. From 1991 to 1996, he served as Director of the Taldykorgan Industrial-Pedagogical Technical School. In 1993, the institution was renamed the Taldykorgan Industrial-Pedagogical College. Shynybayev Muzappar Adambekuly Born in 1946. In 1968, he graduated from the Kazakh State Agricultural Institute with a degree in Mechanization of Agricultural Processes. From 1970 to 1975, he worked as a junior and later senior research associate at a research institute in Almaty.
