The main goal of the trade union committee is to protect the social and labor rights of employees, protect their professional interests and implement planned activities.
The purpose of the trade union committee: conclusion of collective agreements or agreements, control over their implementation; control over compliance with legislation on Labor and labor protection; implementation of organizational measures to increase the motivation of trade union membership. There are already many implemented cases. The trade union committee organizes cultural and mass events of the collective, public holidays, promotions, etc., and in winter and summer sports competitions are held. “Health and rest”, which rewards the winners with prizes and cash prizes.

  Protection of professional, labor, socio-economic rights and legitimate interests of trade union members.
To achieve this goal, the Trade Union solves the following tasks:

• Increases the welfare and standard of living of trade union members;
• Promotes the preservation of the health of trade union members, the creation of healthy and safe working conditions;
• Strengthens organizational unity, develops solidarity, mutual assistance and cooperation of trade union workers;
• Participates in the resolution of collective labor disputes (conflicts) using various forms of protection of Labor and professional rights of trade union members in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
